Mission
Community Standards & Student Conduct proactively supports the academic mission of Missouri S&T by providing education, intervention and judicial services to students in their living-learning-working communities. These services are designed to foster citizens who exercise personal responsibility, ethical decision-making and cross-cultural competency. Judicial Affairs strives to provide a safe, orderly, and positive campus community through relations, processes, educational programming, and intervention efforts.

To be fair, consistent, and just by treating each individual with dignity and respect through the administration of the Student Conduct process.

To instill the values of civility and good citizenship; specifically respect for self, others, the campus community, and University Values.

To provide student leadership opportunities though involvement in the judicial, mediation, and ethical development programs.

Community Standards & Student Conduct programs and services support appropriate student behavior and to protect the campus community from disruption. These programs and services are conducted in ways that will foster the ethical development and personal integrity of students through the promotion of an environment that is in accord with the overall educational goals of the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
