Student Behavior Concern

Any person, department, organization or entity may file a Student Behavior Concern with the Judicial Affairs alleging a violation of the University of Missouri Standard of Conduct by a student or student organization.

Please fill out the Student Behavior Concern Form below. You may be contacted in the interest of obtaining additional information and/or deciding upon whether action is to be taken by Student Advocacy & Judicial Affairs. Please note that information will be kept confidential and will be shared with only those involved with the incident and the Student Conduct process unless you state you wish to remain anonymous (SEE BELOW).
